MALE, Mobile Application for Leads management at marketing Events, combines functionality of several mobile applications for contact capture and leads management. It allows to easily enter contacts, capture key elements of your conversation, get online information about lead company from LinkedIn, export the captured records for future processing. All this is available without any registration for web services or storing the data at a third party server. We care about your time and the confidentiality of your information.

Key features:
1) Import of contact list prior to an event from a file
-Be ready with the contact list at the event in order to save your time when registering contacts

2) Scan and save a business card on your device
-Quick scanning of a business card and saving it, saves your time on registering the contact you are talking with for more productive conversation

3) Register contacts manually
- In case a contact does not have a business card, you can always register a new record (lead) manually

4) Scan of barcode / QR code and match it to the existing records or create a new one
- At the event it allows to reduce the time for registering contacts and spend as much time as possible in business conversations with potential leads. Pre-load of the contact lists (with IDs) and then scanning the IDs from badges of event participants saves your precious time at the event by matching contact’s ID you scanned to his/her details you pre-loaded.

5) Creation of groups for contacts ordering
- For easy management of the contacts in MALE we offer you to create an unlimited number of groups for contacts. Simple creation and entry of contact’s interests
We understand that interests of people may vary widely, therefore we offer you the possibility to set the most common interests of your contacts for quick and easy registration during conversation; that reduces the time for leads description and assists you in further processing of the records.

6) Information on lead’s company based on Company Name and Country from LinkedIn
- We offer you the possibility to obtain online information on the company your contact represents as it is registered in LinkedIn. With the use of your own username and password the system extracts the company information from LinkedIn directly to your device. Your LinkedIn credentials are secured on your device and are not sent to any third party.

7) Adjustable field names
- If business card scanning does not place the recognized value in the correct field, you have an option to change the field name (instead of copying and pasting the data to the correct field), that saves your time when registering new contact via business card scanning.

8) Export of the data to a CSV file (text) or an XML file (with business card image)
- Contacts that you capture on your device can be further processed by CRM tools or manually on a PC. You have an option to extract all/part of your contacts to text file (CSV file) or file with images (XML).

9) Export / Import of the data via Bluetooth
- Share your data captured in MALE with your colleagues (in case they also have MALE application) via Bluetooth wherever you are; you can share all your contacts or a part of them.
